Adding Shipwire Auction Fulfillment to your eBay listings is easy, whether you’re just selling a few items a week, or you’re a PowerSeller using a bulk listing tool like Turbo Lister. Just select PayPal when you’re creating a listing, and Shipwire will automate the auction fulfillment.
You can have Shipwire handle fulfillment for all your eBay listings by completing the following instructions:
1. Setup PayPal
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Go to the Profile subtab on the Account Overview page.
- Click the Auctions link under the Selling Preferences column.
- Click the link under the Automatic Logo insertion column to turn on this preference.
- Go to the Profile subtab on the Account Overview page.
- Click the Instant Payment Notification Preferences link under the Selling Preferences column.
- Click the Edit button.
- Click the checkbox that activates Instant Payment Notification.
- Paste the following URL into the box provided, then click “Save”: https://www.shipwire.com/exec/FulfillmentServices.paypal.php
2. Setup Shipwire
- Log in to your Shipwire account
- Click the Sell tab, and add the PayPal selling tool
- Click the PayPal selling tool
- Add your PayPal email addres, then click “Save”.
What if I want to use PayPal IPN, but I don’t want Shipwire to handle all my products?
If you use PayPal IPN, all your orders get sent to Shipwire. This means that unintended orders may get sent to Shipwire, with products that Shipwire may not recognize. To handle these situations, go into your Account Settings and edit your Shipping Preferences. Here you can set orders with unknown products to be rejected, held, or shipped with just the products that Shipwire recognizes.
PayPal Virtual Terminal
PayPal IPN appeas to work with PayPal Virtual Terminal. To enable this you must turn on IPN in your PayPal profile and then set up the appropriate URL. In your actual web checkout solutions you will want to include the NotifyURL value for the IPN script.
