ProStores® is completely automated with the Shipwire Store-Sell-Ship™ Platform.
It only takes a couple of minutes to walk through the ProStores connection wizard to completely automate* your business’s inventory storage and order fulfillment.
- Real-time order fulfillment from multiple Shipwire warehouses in the U.S. and Canada
- Inventory synchronization between your selected warehouse(s) and your ProStores account
- Order shipping tracking information updated to your ProStores account upon order shipment.
- Product catalog synchronization between your ProStore and Shipwire account.
To get started, please log into your Shipwire Account. Screen shots are provided (below) to help you see what each step looks like.
Step 1: Add ProStores to your account
Add ProStores “Sell” Tool in your Shipwire Account. To Add, select “ProStores Store” from the List and click “Add Selling Tool”. This will add the ProStores setup wizard to your Shipwire account and create a Sub-menu idem called “ProStores Store” inside your account. Once added, the wizard that will walk you through the step-by-step instructions.
Step 2: Paste Your ProStores URL
“Setup Connection” between Shipwire and ProStores by telling Shipwire your ProStores store URL. Enter your ProStores Store URL in the box provided and push “Save.”
Step 3: Confirm your account
You will be redirected to ProStores where you will enter your ProStores User ID and Password and approve the Shipwire connection. Upon submission Shipwire and ProStores will be connected and you will be returned to Shipwire to complete the setup wizard.
Step 4: Configure Options
a. Tell Shipwire what connectivity features you would like. Shipwire can automate product fulfillment by the warehouse when an order is completed or after an administrator has validated it in the store.
b: Configure whether you would like Shipwire to automatically send your order tracking info back to your ProStores account. Determine if you want your inventory kept in sync between ProStores and Shipwire.
c: To save you time, Shipwire can pull your ProStores Products directly into your Shipwire account. You can import all your products or just a few.
Step 5: Celebrate
You are done with the integration part of the set-up.
Now, walk through the Shipwire receiving wizard and tell Shipwire when your inventory will arrive at the warehouse. Once inventory is received at the warehouse you will have “real” inventory in your account - inventory synchronization and real-time order fulfillment can begin.
*Note: You will need to have a ProStores Business Account or greater to use the real-time order submission, inventory synch and Order Tracking submission. If you don’t have a ProStores Business account and want to automate order submission to Shipwire you will need to use customized PayPal buttons, so please see that FAQ here.

Step 2: Enter your ProStore Store URL so that Shipwire can establish a connection.
Step 3: You will be redirected to ProStores where you will enter your shipwire User ID and Password. Upon submission Shipwire and ProStores will be connected and you will be retuned to Shipwire to complete the setup wizard.
Step 4: Connection Options.
Set preferences for triggering fulfillment from the Web store; order tracking submission settings; inventory synchronization; and, settings to export your ProStores product details.
Tracking numbers will be updated for all shipped orders in real-time. Use your accounts customer notification features to communicate tracking status and cut down your customer support calls.
